JodJam เป็นแอปสมุดบันทึกส่วนตัว เราออกแบบให้ข้อมูลของคุณเป็นของคุณ: ไม่มีโฆษณา ไม่ขายข้อมูล และไม่ใช้เครื่องมือติดตามพฤติกรรม เอกสารนี้อธิบายว่าแอปเก็บข้อมูลอะไร เก็บที่ไหน และคุณจัดการได้อย่างไร

แอปไม่เก็บรายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ ไม่อ่านไฟล์อื่นในเครื่องนอกจากรูป/วิดีโอที่คุณเลือกเอง ไม่ใช้ Analytics หรือ Crashlytics และไม่เก็บตำแหน่งในพื้นหลัง
2. สิทธิ์ที่แอปขอ
- ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง – ใช้เฉพาะตอนเปิดหน้าเขียนบันทึก เพื่อใส่ชื่อสถานที่และสภาพอากาศ ปิดได้ในตั้งค่า และแอปยังใช้งานได้ตามปกติ
- รูปภาพ/กล้อง – ใช้เมื่อคุณกดเลือกรูป วิดีโอ หรือถ่ายรูปใส่บันทึก
- อินเทอร์เน็ต – ซิงก์ข้อมูลและโหลดแผนที่/สภาพอากาศ
3. บริการภายนอกที่แอปใช้
- Firebase Authentication และ Cloud Firestore (Google) – บัญชีผู้ใช้และการซิงก์บันทึก (นโยบายของ Firebase)
- Google Sign-In – เมื่อคุณเลือกเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google
- Open-Meteo – ส่งพิกัดโดยประมาณและวันที่เพื่อขอสภาพอากาศ ไม่ส่งข้อมูลระบุตัวตน
- OpenStreetMap – โหลดภาพแผนที่ในหน้าสถิติ
- BigDataCloud – แปลงพิกัดเป็นชื่อสถานที่ (เฉพาะเว็บ/เดสก์ท็อป)
4. การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล
- ลบบันทึกใดก็ได้ในแอป ข้อมูลและรูป/วิดีโอของบันทึกนั้นจะถูกลบจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทันที
- ลบบัญชี: ไปที่ ตั้งค่า → บัญชี → ลบบัญชี แอปจะลบบันทึกทั้งหมด รูป/วิดีโอ และบัญชีผู้ใช้ออกจากระบบอย่างถาวร
- ถ้าไม่สามารถเข้าแอปได้ ส่งคำขอลบบัญชีมาที่อีเมลด้านล่าง พร้อมระบุอีเมลที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน
- บัญชี guest ที่ไม่ได้เชื่อมกับอีเมลหรือ Google จะถูกลบเมื่อคุณลบแอปหรือออกจากระบบ และไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้
5. ความปลอดภัย
การรับส่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดเข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS กฎความปลอดภัยของฐานข้อมูลอนุญาตให้เจ้าของบัญชีเท่านั้นอ่านหรือเขียนบันทึกของตัวเอง และการอัปโหลดรูป/วิดีโอต้องยืนยันตัวตนทุกครั้ง
6. เด็กและเยาวชน
แอปไม่ได้ออกแบบสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่จงใจเก็บข้อมูลของเด็ก
7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เราจะอัปเดตหน้านี้และวันที่มีผลด้านบน

Privacy Policy (English)
JodJam is a private journal. There are no ads, no data selling and no behavioural tracking. This page explains what the app stores, where, and how you stay in control.
What we collect
- An anonymous guest user ID created on first launch, and – only if you choose to sign in – your email address or Google account name and email (Firebase Authentication).
- Your journal content: text, stickers and dates (Cloud Firestore, Bangkok region).
- Place name, coordinates and weather for an entry, only when location detection is enabled or you add a place yourself.
- Photos and videos you attach, stored per user on the developer's server (
140-99-98-106.sslip.io) behind unguessable links that exist only inside your own entries.
We do not collect contacts, background location, analytics or crash reports.
Permissions
Location (only while writing an entry, optional), photos/camera (only when you pick or take media), internet.
Third-party services
Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore (Google), Google Sign-In, Open-Meteo (weather from approximate coordinates), OpenStreetMap (map tiles), BigDataCloud (reverse geocoding on web/desktop).
Retention and deletion
Delete any entry in the app to remove its data and media immediately. Delete your whole account from Settings → Account → Delete account; this permanently removes all entries, media and the user record. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete the account within 30 days.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Database rules allow only the account owner to read or write their entries, and every upload requires authentication.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
